These struggles represent the diverse and multifaceted nature of keeping India free and independent. Each freedom fighter was contributing in their own way to the fight against colonial rule. Their legacies remind us that many heroes emerged from different backgrounds, regions, and communities, all united in the quest for independence. And, after the 1st freedom struggle of 1857, Britishers of East India Co. were on the backfoot and were afraid so much so that the British Government took over the charge of ruling India.
